I have mixed feelings about my diaper bag these days.. We have decided that Melody will be our last child and now that she’s approaching 2 with potty training on the horizon, I might not need my diaper bag anymore. I kinda look forward to the simplicity of leaving the house without diapers in my bag! At the same time it makes me a little sad that my sweet baby is growing up so quick. By the time Melody is fully potty trained, I won’t be carrying diapers, bottles & pacifiers anymore… However I will always carry wipes because they are so versatile and I use them for everything. I keep them in the car, I keep them by the kitchen table for dirty mouths and fingers and definitely by the changing table.
I’ve talked about WaterWipes a little while ago when I shared the Pure Love video. Every time I watch that touching video it makes me fall in love with the idea of having a newborn baby again… Part of me is a little sad that I will never go through the experience of becoming a mom again, but my realistic side reassures me that I’m good with the 2 kids I already have and I have new experiences to look forward to with them.
Being a SAHM can have its challenges as toddlers themselves are challenging little people. My daughter has mastered the art of the steam whistle scream, so I take her to the park to burn off some energy. often. One of the things I always keep in my bag are wipes because they help clean those dirty little hands. Between sand, mulch and snacks, little hands can get pretty sticky at the park. I shared these with my mommy group friends when we got together at the park last week for a swap meet playdate. It was a huge hit and many of them took home a travel sized package for their cars & purses.
You can try water wipes too! I get mine at the local Walmart, however I’m uncertain that all stores might carry them. Check an be sure before you go. Also, you can follow WaterWipes on Facebook or Pinterest.
