Being preggers, you don’t always feel your prettiest. Sometimes you really just have to pick yourself up, put on nice clothes, do makeup and of course – your hair. It’s like life’s secret recipe to feel good again. Most of the time I wear the mom uniform – yoga pants, tshirt and hair in a ponytail. Its low maintenance and easy, but its also pretty plain looking. Then again, you don’t really need to be fancy when you’re doing laundry, cooking and escorting kids back and forth to school. I was so happy to give my new hair toys a try – the Conair® Curl Secret® and the Conair® Pro 3Q™.
I picked up these 2 fun beauty tools at Walmart for the upcoming holiday season. With so many parties and gatherings – I want to try and look my best! The Conair® Pro 3Q™ was in plain sight, but I almost missed the Conair® Curl Secret® because it was laying on its back.
So when I actually have the time to devote to getting gussied up, i like to blow-dry my hair straight with a big round brush and possibly curl it if I’m feeling adventurous.
I came up with a couple of easy new looks with my new styling products from Conair®. I started with wet hair and used my new Conair® Pro 3Q™ and a round brush to tame my otherwise frizzy mane.
Slowly, I roll up a section of hair on to the brush and hold the Conair® Pro 3Q™ close up so it dries. Each lock turns up beautiful with no frizz and is perfectly straight. I was so pleased with the end result!
I didn’t stop there – I wanted to curl my hair too! Using the Conair® Curl Secret®. I started with the bottom row of hair and pinned up the rest with hair clips. The Curl Secret was so easy to use, and best of all there’s no exposed heating element so you can’t burn your fingers or scalp!
Once my whole head of hair was done I was so happy with my wild curls!
I even took it a step further and swept it back to keep it off my face. Its kinda like having it in the ‘ole ponytail, only much cuter!
