So another weekend has passed that I can’t get enough of these delicious Ling Ling Potstickers! Can you blame me? In less than 10 minutes time, I was able to get Chinese food restaurant quality chicken and vegetable dumplings. Both this flavor and the last one I got (pork and vegetable) were so good that it had me craving these and I had to have more. Turns out the chicken and vegetable ones are just as delicious!!
I’m so glad I’m able to find these at both my local Kroger and Tom Thumb that are closeby grocery stores. Tom Thumb seemed to carry the assortment of fried rice (Chinese Style Vegetable and Yakitori Chicken) and it was easy to find the potstickers at Kroger. I’m still on the hunt for Ling Ling Noodles – They are authentic Asian style noodles infused with delicious sauces, succulent proteins, and vegetables. Two traditional Asian varieties to choose from – Drunken Noodles and Yakisoba Noodles. I gotta consult the product finder and drive a little further out to find those.. It’s definitely on my to do list!
So with my lidded skillet, a little cooking oil and some water I began..
Ling Ling always provides a tasty little packet of dipping sauce that comes frozen alongside the dumplings in the bag. It instructs you to let it thaw in a bowl of warm water while your potstickers cook – so I did exactly that!
The accompanying soy sauce that’s used for dipping is wonderful and I love it – especially if you don’t have anything else on the fly. I personally love the peanut sauce recipe that I recently made and this recipe goes perfectly with these dumplings. It’s like a flavor explosion in your mouth!
