Christmas can be a wonderful time of year with plenty of family gatherings, food and fun. Although its my favorite time of year – it can get pretty expensive with all the Christmas Gifts for everyone. This year our family has all mutually agreed that this year we will focus only on the children. That works out great because now we can focus on making it extra merry for the little ones. After all, I don’t really need a new sweater and slippers!
Gift buying can also have its challenges, even when you’re buying for a child. Their likes and dislikes can change on a weekly basis which is why I really loved the Northpole gifts from Hallmark at Walmart. With a vast array of whimsical gifts for people of all ages – you couldn’t go wrong with any of it! These toys are based off of the new movie coming out from Hallmark – Find out more about the Northpole by Hallmark toys and items and get a sneak peek at the movie trailer.
I had a hard time making a decision, but ultimately I came home with the Santa Goggles and map with activities, a magic snowball (got the LAST one!) and Find Me Santa Snowflake for one of my favorite little boys in mind. I also picked up the Bake like an Elf baking tools with recipe cards and rolling cookie cutter for another sweet kid in my life.
I thought the Find Me Santa ornament was the cutest thing ever – see for yourself with the video I found below:
I really love how it glows and changes colors.. One of my personal favorites!
Being able to make great gifts for kids under 20$ is a dream come true. I say that because, have you looked at the toy section?? 20$ won’t get you very far, and if you do find something, you best be sure that it’s a toy they’re into or its a waster of money. The Hallmark Christmas gifts make the buyer’s life easier because they’re gender neutral gifts that bring holiday cheer to the little ones. You just can’t go wrong with any of these choices.
Last but not least, I had to buy a cute decorative bag & tissue to complete the package! Hallmark had some really cute ones conveniently located right next to all the Northpole gifts.
The trick to making a gift special is buying something that the receiver would never think of buying for themselves. I’m sure none of these were on the list – yet they are gifts that will be loved just as much if not more than the things they actually asked for.
I can’t wait to see their faces when they open them!
