Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day® cleaning products gave me the opportunity to share my thoughts about their products. All opinions are 100% my own.
Let’s just say that cleaning isn’t my favorite thing to do. What’s more is that when I actually DO clean, most all cleaning products leave behind a floral bleachy stink depending on the brand you use. Nothing against it – but gross smells just add to the whole unpleasantness of cleaning. You know from what I’m talking about – like when you visit a public bathroom that has just been cleaned… I don’t know what smells worse, the bleachy stink or the public bathroom stink! That’s why I was so excited to try Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day® products simply because they smell as awesome as they clean, with no stinky chemical after smells.
Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day products were designed to smell pleasant, not like your average cleaner. I was really impressed with it after cleaning my craft mess when I made a thanksgiving wreath! It even has an after smell that lingers, so it doubles as an air freshener too!
Making it was fun – I wrapped a styrofoam wreath with burlap and decorated it with handmade felt flowers and colorful silk leaves.
It was as easy as it was fun to make! JP also had some school crafting homework to do, and I had yet *another* mess to clean. Both the spray and the hand soap worked nicely together to clean everything up.
I love how the smell lingers on your hands for a good while after you’ve washed them!
Basil is one of my favorite kitchen scents for so many reasons. Not only does it act as a flavoring for my italian dishes, but it adds a smell to my kitchen that reminds me of my grandmother’s kitchen. She always had basil growing in the windowsills.
Now that I’ve learned about what Mrs Meyer’s Clean Day® products are all about, I may never clean with anything else again!
