It’s been a journey these past few weeks with getting on the healthy train, butI think I’m finally getting the family on track. It might sound a little weird to some, but maintaining good digestive system balance is pretty important to me. I’ve seen first-hand what happens to an individual when their digestive system does not work correctly, and it’s not something I would ever want to see again if I could help it .
My desire to keep digestive system balance dates back to the summer of 2008, when my husband was first diagnosed with congenital pancreatitis. Life back then had its challenges, and one of them was adhering to a diet made up of what I like to call ‘prisoner food.’ In addition to a healthy low-fat diet and medications to control the episodes, the doctor also encouraged high fiber everything.
So it was a natural choice to look into supplements to bridge the gap and ensure digestive system balance. Needless to say, we are always willing to try new things with regard to digestive health.
So now the dying question… Should I start taking a natural probiotic supplement?
My simple answer – YES, yes & YES!! Since we’ve both been taking it, we each have our unique experiences, most commonly a very satisfying and regular bathroom routine. Feeling a lot more energetic is pretty cool too!
There’s nothing like keeping good digestive system balance – give it a try! Look for InSync Natural Probiotic in the supplement section at Costco.
