No Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake #JuneDairyMovies

Remember the little get together I mentioned that I’m having this weekend? Well, I wouldn’t be me unless I added another yummy dessert to the lineup – my easy no-bake white chocolate cheesecakes. You could literally make this minutes before your guests show up, and they would never know that something this good is sooo easy to make!

…So about that cheesecake! How did I make it? Easy peasy – allow me to show you:

No Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake
  • Filling:
  • 1 8oz package of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 8oz package of Philadelphia white chocolate indulgence
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 container of frozen whipped topping
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup of graham crumbs
  • 1 tbspn of white sugar
  • ½ stick of melted butter
  • 9 small mason jelly jars
  • Whipped cream *optional*
  1. Combine all the crust ingredients together until it forms a wet-sandy kind of consistency.
  2. Drop about 1½ teaspoons in each mason container and pack it down.
  3. Combine all the filling ingredients together with a mixer
  4. Spoon the filling on top of the graham crumb crusts
  5. Re-fridgerate for at least 20-30 min before serving

I used a couple of those yummy dairy products, like some Philly cream cheese and the butter. Those little pre-packaged 1/2 sticks worked out real well!

So I melted one down in the microwave, and poured it over my graham crumbs / sugar mixture. Stir it all up, and this is what you got:

I pressed about 1 tsp to 1 1/2 tsp’s of the crumb crust in the bottom of my mason jar. I packed them down like this:

Ta-Da! All ready to be filled with that yummy cheesecake filling. To make it, you combine all the rest of the ingredients (except for the frozen topping) in a bowl and mix it up. Once that is nicely mixed together, you can then fold in the frozen topping. Then it’s ready to spoon in your mason jars!

Have you tried this stuff yet? This has got to be one of the most sinfully delicious things I have ever tried in my life. Ever. Period. I used the white chocolate one for this recipe, but don’t let that stop you… The chocolate one might make a mean chocolate cheesecake!

How many jars does this make?


It makes quite a few actually – I would say between 12 to 16 cups depending how much you put in each one.
