What’s your daily beauty routine like? Myself personally, I get up every morning to wash and moisturize my face, then apply a light dusting of mineral makeup. I love trying all different types of cosmetics, skincare and haircare but in truth, there’s something to be said for natural, organic beauty products. I enjoy using natural products because I know there’s little chance that it will be harmful to me or my family – and that brings me peace of mind.

Our society has grown so conscious of our food consumption and what we put inside our bodies, but few people worry about what they slather on the outside of their bodies. Skin is your body’s largest organ, and is just as easily susceptible to the elements as any other part of your body. So I went to ULTA the other day to see what they have for natural, organic products. You can view the entire google+ album here.

ULTA is always filled with tons of amazing deals on all my favorite cosmetics, from cheap to high end. They had a fantastic selection of all types of beauty products from haircare to skincare and nailcare to makeup. I asked the sales associate for help in finding some natural, organic skincare, and she directed me to these:

A skincare line called “Simple” that’s specifically designed for sensitive skin. It looks refreshing! I also came across some fabulous kid’s beauty products, like…

Mustella – for infants. I used this when JP was first born, and it smells like delicate baby! I LOVE this stuff.

Hair care products for kids…

I ended up coming home with some great kid’s {natural & organic} hairstyling gel, because JP needs something better than my saliva for a hair product. I like to spike his hair by applying a small amount of gel on the fine tooth comb and running it through his hair from hairline to crown, spiking his hair upwards.

I love little boy hair do’s – There’s nothing more darling than a fauxhawk on a little guy!
