I have never really given any thought to selling my products at a craft fair before, before because ‘Craft Fair’ always made me think of grandma’s needlepoint and quilts at the church bazaar. Not trying to sound snooty, but I’d like to think my stuff is a little more sophisticated than that!

After being to a few local craft fairs, I have since realized I am wrong. Very wrong. There are so many amazingly talented artists out there who sell at these local craft fairs, and I am simply itching to be one of them. So I have decided, this is it! Let’s give this craft fair thing a try and see how it goes.

I have signed up as a vendor at a local church fair (details to come) to sell my prints and a handful of other yummy goods I have been cooking up for the holiday season. Since this is my very first show ever and I am totally winging this, I am bound to make a mistake somewhere. I have been obsessing over how I’m going to display my stuff, and most importantly – on a budget! I get an 8×10 space, 3 tables and an electrical outlet and the rest is up to me on how to dress it up. I’m gonna share bit by bit with you!

It’s so important to me to make sure I have a really cute space, because that’s how you attract your potential customers to come see what you have. So I went to my go-to best friend, pinterest to catch some good ideas on craft displays.
