Today I decided to dig out the old play doh recipe that my mother used to make for me. JP was super excited at the mere mention of play doh, so I got all my ingredients together. All it takes is this:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of table salt
- 1/4 cup cooking oil (vegetable or canola or whatever you have)
- 3/4 cup water
- food coloring
Here’s how you make it:
Measure 2 cups of flour into a mixing bowl
Add 1 cup of salt
Mix them together
Add 1/4 cup of oil – I used vegetable
Mix the oil in
Mix it all up again
Add a few drops of food coloring into the water
Add in the colored water… Yes, im clumsy! LOL

Refrigerate and store it in an airtight container.
